Our largest regular pickup zone — a master-planned mainland development with over 120km of internal roads, split across DIP 1 and DIP 2.
- DIP 1 & DIP 2 covered
- Reefer / cold storage ready
- Mainland — simpler export

Dubai Investment Park is the largest of our regular Dubai pickup zones, and it is genuinely built differently from an older industrial district — a purpose-planned mainland development rather than a zone that grew up organically.
A Master-Planned Zone, Not a Free Zone
Established in 1997, DIP is often described as “a city within a city” — a self-contained development spanning industrial, commercial, and residential zones on standard mainland UAE terms. Unlike JAFZA, DIP is not a free zone, which in practice means a more straightforward pickup and export process than a customs-bonded zone requires. It is split into DIP 1 to the west and DIP 2 to the east, each combining industrial plots with commercial and residential space.
Built for Efficient Goods Movement
DIP was planned with over 120km of internal roads specifically to keep goods and traffic circulating smoothly — a genuine advantage over older, more organically grown industrial areas where road layout was not always designed around modern freight volumes. It connects to the wider network via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Emirates Road (E611), with direct proximity to Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport.
What We Collect for Cargo Pickup in Dubai Investment Park
DIP hosts a genuinely wide sector mix — manufacturing, general trading, food and beverage production, and construction materials among them — which is reflected in what we collect: full truckload and palletized shipments make up most of our DIP pickups, with a meaningful share of temperature-controlled cargo given the number of food and beverage operators based here with dedicated cold storage facilities.
Addressing and Pickup
As with the rest of Dubai, DIP addressing runs on the Makani system rather than conventional postal codes. Given the size of the development, confirming whether you are in DIP 1 or DIP 2 when you book helps us route the pickup efficiently across those 120km of internal roads.
Booking Your DIP Pickup
Given DIP’s size, tell us whether you’re in DIP 1 or DIP 2 and roughly which internal road you’re near — this alone can save 20 to 30 minutes of routing time inside the development. Same-day dispatch is standard for bookings made during business hours (Sunday to Thursday), and cold-chain pickups get extra lead time to confirm reefer availability. If you’re booking on behalf of a supplier or buyer, just share the pickup contact’s name and number — you don’t need to be on site yourself. Flag any hazardous, oversized, or otherwise special cargo at booking so we can send the right vehicle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is DIP a free zone like JAFZA?
No — DIP operates on standard UAE mainland terms, which generally means simpler export documentation than a customs-bonded free zone pickup.
Do you collect from both DIP 1 and DIP 2?
Yes — both are within our standard pickup coverage. Telling us which one you are in helps us plan the route within DIP’s large internal road network.
Can you handle cold storage or temperature-sensitive pickups from DIP?
Yes — DIP has a significant concentration of food and beverage operators with cold storage facilities, and this is one of our more common reefer pickup zones for exactly that reason.
