Frequently Asked Questions

Do you handle both commercial cargo and personal shipments?

Yes, both, on the same five routes. Commercial freight (FTL, LTL, reefer, flatbed, palletized goods) and personal effects/household relocation run on identical trucks and border expertise — see our full services page for the breakdown.

How quickly will I get a quote after I contact you?

Usually within an hour. In some cases it can take a little longer, depending on the route and how detailed your shipment is, but an hour is what you should expect most of the time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and bank transfer.

Can I change or cancel a booking after I have confirmed it?

Yes, you can cancel. If your goods are already at our warehouse, you will need to cover the local shipping charges already incurred — the cancellation itself is not penalized, but transport that has already happened is.

Do you provide tax invoices?

Yes, we provide tax invoices on every shipment.

Is cargo insurance included automatically, or do I need to request it?

Insurance is provided on demand, based on the type of goods you are shipping — it is not bundled automatically into every booking, so let us know at the time you book if you want it added. See Cargo Insurance Explained for more detail.

Do you handle customs clearance yourselves, or is it outsourced?

We take care of customs ourselves, in-house.

Is there a minimum shipment size?

No minimum. We ship everything from small parcels to large, full-truckload freight.

Which areas of Dubai do you collect from?

Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor, Jebel Ali, Al Qusais, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai South, and Deira are our regular pickup zones — and we collect from anywhere else in the city on request. See our Dubai Pickup Areas page for details on each.

What happens if my shipment is delayed at the border?

Border delays are usually driven by documentation mismatches or peak-period congestion, not the crossings themselves. See why trucks actually get stuck at the border for the real, ranked causes — and we notify you directly if a delay develops rather than leaving you to find out once the expected date has already passed.

Do you ship medicine, pharmaceuticals, or electronics?

No, we do not ship medicine or pharmaceutical products. We do ship electronics, though acceptance depends on the brand — check with us before booking if you are shipping electronics, and see our Prohibited & Restricted Items guide for what is banned outright versus what needs approval.

Cannot find your question here? It is very possibly answered on the specific destination page for your route instead — or just ask us directly.
